Cross' Fire Youth Ministry is the youth ministry of Baptist Conference Church of Bacolod, Philippines. We minister to students ages 13 to 21 years old.We are a Purpose-Driven youth ministry. Our department is structured as such that our programs and staffing are based on the Purpose-Driven youth principle. We create programs and avenues to fill the needs of students and help them grow in their spiritual life.

Why We Exist
Cross' Fire Youth Ministry exists to REACH out to students, SHARE God's love to them, CARE for one another, SEEK the Lord Jesus Christ deeper and LEAD them to COMMIT their lives to Him as an act of SERVICE.

Cross’Fire Youth Ministry envisions itself to continually produce excellent servant-leaders of the Lord Jesus Christ (Adults and Youth-alike) who will create an impact in the Body of Christ (BCCB), in the campuses and the community in and around Bacolod.

To advance the Kingdom of God by creating strategic and relevant programs to reach out to the youth, lead them to Christ, disciple them in His Word and equip them to lead.It is our desire to establish a YOUTH CHURCH.To have our own youth center that includes a main worship area of 1,000 seating capacity, a basketball and volleyball court, an internet café, billiard table, rock-climbing area, a music room with our own set of musical instruments, prayer room and a youth office.

Purpose
Cross’Fire YM exist to REACH out to students and SHARE God’s love to them, CARE for one another SEEK the Lord Jesus Christ deeper and LEAD them to commit their lives to Him as an act of SERVICE. The message of the CROSS is the FIRE that fuels our passion to reach out to the young people in and around Bacolod and make known to them the love of God in Christ Jesus.

The CROSS motivates us to help today’s young people rise above the patterns of ungodly living as they purpose in their hearts to live a life of no compromise.
