The
System
The
church follows the accural method of accounting. That is,
receipts ar recorded at the time of incurred regardless of
when these are paid.
We
organize our accounting system on a "fund" basis.
A fund is a separate set of accounting records segregated
for purpose of carrying on an activity. It is established
for accountability purposes to demonstrate that financial
resources are being used only for permitted purposes. The
Church has a general fund, property and equipment fund and
Restricted Fund which represents Promised Land Contributions.
